I also play the violin a little bit, such as in the quartet when our regular second violinist is unavailable but I can find a violist to play in my place. While in college, I found an old violin at a yard sale and recently had it restored. It was evaluated as being 150 - 200 years old, and it plays quite nicely.

I recently started a music booking agency for weddings called the Sandia Strings. String duos, trios, quartets and solo harp musicians are available for hire through this organization.
